Filling
The Void is a faith-based 501c3 mobile ministry that feeds and cares
for homeless and needy persons. We have received two national awards
for community service.
The lion’s share
of what we do occurs outdoors in all weather conditions as we reach
out to those for whom the streets have become a way of life.
Since 2003, our
volunteers have served 30,000 meals. In 2010, you’ll find us serving
hundreds of sack lunches every month in Tulsa, Okla., and Denver,
Colo.
Our ultimate goal
is to give people hope as we are given opportunities to pray with
them, to share Bible verses and to point them to shelters and other
services.
